These Terms of Service (”Agreement”) apply to all products and services ("Services", separately as "Service") provided by Cleworks Oy (business ID 2512888-7) (”Service Provider”).
The Agreement is made between Cleworks Oy and a person or entity using the Service ("User"). The Service Provider and the User are together "Parties" and separately "Party".
Agreement is accepted when User registers into the service, or when User continues to use the Service after registration.
Certain Services of the Service Provider may require registration, in which case the User needs to provide the information requested by the Service Provider.
The User agrees the information given is accurate and does not impersonate any existing or fictional person or entity, or make false impression on relationship with one.
Only a person or existing legal entity has the right to register as a User. Person using the service must be either at least 18 years of age or possess legal guardian consent
Using the Services may require authentication, which can be done with username, password, email address, telephone number, IP address, user account for third party services, or a combination of several of the these.
User is responsible securely managing their passwords and other authentication details, and contacting Service Provider if there is any doubt of security breach or unauthorized use of your account. You may not give your authentication details to anyone or reuse password on any other services.
Services are all online services provided by Service Provider. Service Provider can add and modify all Services, their parts, and functionality, temporarily or permanently, at its sole discretion, without binding to the Service Provider in the Service Descriptions and the various Presentation and Marketing Materials.
These Services may include the services provided by third party Service Providers ("Third Parties") and Service Provider is not responsible for the data and terms of service and privacy policy in the services by Third Parties.
The Service Provider is not responsible for any other content provided to the service by Users or other Systems ("Data").
The Service Provider is only responsible for the content of the material produced by the Service itself, for which all rights are reserved.
The User is solely responsible for the material provided to other Users or third parties through the Services or for published in the Service.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damage or loss to the User caused by the Information published in the Service by other Users or data sources.
Using this Service you agree our Privacy Policy, which tells how we store and use your personal data.
The Service can use cookies and other tracking to improve usability and security. We can also use those tools to analyze usage and fix software bugs.
We may modify these terms, or any additional terms that apply to a Service, to reflect changes in the Service. laws and regulations. You should check this document if you are uncertain about the Terms. If you do not agree with modified Terms of Service, you should discontinue using the Service.
By accepting the Agreement, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service and data Privacy Policy.
